Our History

Established in 1962 by Attorneys William J. Oliver, Paul H. Price and Kenneth A. Rhodes, Oliver, Price & Rhodes has been serving the people of Northeastern Pennsylvania including Clarks Summit PA, Scranton PA and Wilkes Barre PA for over half a century.

Beginning as a small general practice firm, Oliver, Price & Rhodes has grown into a firm of twelve lawyers serving clients with a wide range of legal issues. We assist clients in the area of commercial law, estates and probate, municipal law, family law, real estate and health care law, as well as personal injury and commercial litigation. Our attorneys have regularly appeared in State and Federal Courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
