Alfred J. Weinschenk has over forty years of business law practice, with extensive experience in the purchase and sale of business entities.   He concentrates his practice in commercial and corporate transactions, business financing, and oil and gas leasing.

Mr. Weinschenk graduated from the University of Scranton with a B.S. in 1969 and a M.B.A.  in 1973.  He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University in 1976.  He is a member of the Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Association and is a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association.

Mr. Weinschenk is a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict and served twenty seven years in the U.S. Navy Reserve, retiring with the rank of Captain.  He serves on the Veteran’s Committee of the Lackawanna County Bar Association.  He is the solicitor for Clarks Green Borough and the Roaring Brook Township Sewer Authority.
